When can I reach customer service?

Shipping and returns

It usually takes 3-5 working days to process your order.

The dispatch takes place with DHL package.

Germany – 4.95 € from 100 € order value free shipping,
Europe – 12,95 € from 120 € order value free shipping,
other countries – POA from 300 € order value free shipping.

Shipments cannot be sent to any PO box addresses or drop boxes.

We pack as sustainably as possible and without unnecessary plastic.

It is possible to return the goods within 14 days of receipt.

Discounted items cannot be exchanged.

Please print and fill out our return slip, which is attached to the order confirmation email, and put it in the package.

Returns and costs are organized and paid by the customer himself.

How do I order?

When you have made your selection, choose the desired size and color and click on “Add to shopping cart”. When you are done shopping, go to the shopping cart icon in the top right corner. Then select “Checkout” to pay by credit card, Klarna or prepayment.

Where can I find my order confirmation?

Order confirmation emails are sent automatically after you place your order. If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your junk folder. If you cannot find anything there either, check your email address for possible spelling mistakes. If you have any queries or are unclear, you can always contact our customer service at info@schwarze-equestrian.com

Colors and product photos.

We have made sure that the product photos on our website are as detailed and as true to detail as possible. However, there may be minimal color deviations depending on your screen resolution.

How do I wash my products?

It is important that you take good care of your products to ensure they have a long lifespan.

All our textile products can be washed in the washing machine at max. 30 ° C.

We recommend washing all products individually, turned inside out where possible, without fabric softener or bleach, and stretching after each wash to bring the product back into shape.

We recommend using the supplied net to wash the brushing boots to help prevent any damage.

All Velcro straps should be closed for the wash cycle.
